Condition;  chip to upper upper rim, minor small chips to rim

Slightly distorted in the firing

A similar example is in ‘The American Pilgrim Museum’ Leiden

Fragments of this type have been excavated in Plymouth Massachusetts at the site of the colony founded by the Mayflower Pilgrims in 1620

Also at the slightly earlier site at Martin’s Hundred in Virginia
